Ceremony Style plus Elopement Package Coordination
With her experience, expertise, and attention to detail, Jan Harvey will work closely with you to ensure every aspect of your ceremony is perfect, so you can relax and enjoy your special day. All you need to do is choose the style of ceremony you prefer:
Personal, unique ceremony with up to 20 guests* $750 – a ceremony written especially for you that suits your style and preferences and reflects your unique love story. Plenty of scope for laughter, happy tears and personalised vows. Inclusions are:
- All legal paperwork
- Unlimited communication
- Signing table and Bluetooth speaker for music
- Personalised Ceremony preparation and all Elopement Package Coordination leading up to and on the day.
- Lodgement of marriage documents with the Queensland Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages

Ceremony Locations
Your choice of ceremony location is entirely personal.
We can use any Sunshine Coast Council or Noosa Council beach or park area, both coastal and hinterland, with the required council permit (from $78) organised for you.
The Sunshine Coast is your oyster and we can help with choice as the process unfolds.
Or you might prefer to have a relaxed vibe, sitting in a restaurant getting hitched across a table!
Or sailing along one of our many beautiful waterways.
Or you might have your heart set on marrying at home or in your accommodation.
Elopements are so easy to have anywhere, anytime your heart desires. Together we will make it happen.
Photography
Stunning photos by a highly experienced and talented photographer are an integral part of our packages, and there are 4 options to choose from, depending on the size of your group, your requirements, and the length of time wanted.
- You and Me: 1 hour – 50 edited images: Ceremony and photo shoot in the same location *Up to 5 people only $900
- Signed & Sealed – 1.5 hours – Selection of 70 edited images. Preparation Images (bouquet & arbour shots, pinning the boutonniere, groom waiting, bride exiting the car and walking over)
Ceremony, one large group shot, and Location portraits. *Suitable for groups 5-20 $1200 - Hitched – 2hrs – Selection of 120 edited images. Preparation Images, Ceremony, 15mins group shots, Location portraits. *Suitable for groups 5-20. $1700
- All The Love – 2.5hrs – All images 180+ Preparation Images, Ceremony, All group shots, Location portraits. Suitable for groups 20+. $2000
All images will be delivered digitally in high resolution via an online gallery with direct download, print and share features.
Content Creator
A wedding content creator captures candid, behind-the-scenes moments in real time, both videos and photos, ensuring you have beautifully curated, shareable memories to relive and enjoy forever.
Our aim is not to replace the valuable work of a photographer or videographer but to work together collaboratively and to compliment your media team in a way that is fun and authentic so you can share teasers to your socials whilst awaiting your professional edits.
Our approach is non-intrusive and discreet, whilst taking great pride in documenting your day.
A wonderful addition to what is already captured beautifully by our photographer.
Floral - Bouquet & Buttonhole
Flowers are such a beautiful addition to a ceremony, and our local florist specializes in seasonal blooms and natives
They have a commitment to practising sustainable floristry principles and you will have a choice of colour and style using in-season blooms, with each bouquet and buttonhole created by hand and with love, and delivered before your ceremony.
Your Bouquet and Buttonhole will be created from available seasonal blooms $250
Additional floral is quoted on request.
Grazing Platter/Champagne
We can’t forget about the after-party, so you have the option of a celebration picnic complete with a grazing platter and Chandon champagne to toast your happiness.
The Grazing Platter/Champagne ($150) is for 2 and includes:
- A selection of local cheese varieties
- Cured meats
- Breads
- Vegetable Sticks
- Seasonal Fruit
- Chocolate
- Gourmet crackers
- A selection of dips, olives and nuts.
Dietary Requirements can be catered for and the platter size increased for extra guests at an additional quoted cost.
Ceremony Styling Packages
Package One – Simply Styled $250
A fuss-free option that gives you everything you need for a beautiful ceremony backdrop. Includes:
- Choice of arbour or plinths
- Faux floral styling
- Round mat
- Signing table with two chairs
Package Two – The Works $400
Our most popular option for couples wanting a complete setup. Includes:
- Choice of arbour or plinths
- Faux floral styling
- Aisle runner
- Round mat
- Signing table
- Up to 20 chairs (wooden or white)
- High-quality Bose PA system and microphone for your ceremony
Picnic Styling
PICNIC SETUP – eclectic, bohemian-style picnic setup, with a curated selection of boho tables, adorned with exquisite rugs, plush pillows, and captivating table decor.
Up to 6 people: Shore Vibes Setup / Pack Down – $220
6 to 12 people: Shore Vibes Setup / Pack Down – $270
