Ceremony Style plus Elopement Package Coordination
With her experience, expertise, and attention to detail, Jan Harvey will work closely with you to ensure every aspect of your ceremony is perfect, so you can relax and enjoy your special day. All you need to do is choose the style of ceremony you prefer:
Legal simple ceremony with up to 20 guests* $500 – short, sweet, modern, no fuss, with your personal choice of vows and just the right amount of words and memorable moments. Inclusions are:
- All legal paperwork
- Unlimited communication
- Signing table and Bluetooth speaker for music
- Ceremony preparation and all Elopement Package Coordination leading up to and on the day.
- Lodgement of marriage documents with the Queensland Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages
Personal, unique ceremony with up to 20 guests* $750 – a ceremony written especially for you that suits your style and preferences and reflects your unique love story. Plenty of scope for laughter, happy tears and personalised vows. Inclusions are:
- All legal paperwork
- Unlimited communication
- Signing table and Bluetooth speaker for music
- Keepsake hard cover ceremony book – using your personal photos
- Personalised Ceremony preparation and all Elopement Package Coordination leading up to and on the day.
- Lodgement of marriage documents with the Queensland Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages

Ceremony Locations
Your choice of ceremony location is entirely personal.
We can use any Sunshine Coast Council or Noosa Council beach or park area, both coastal and hinterland, with the required council permit (from $75) organised for you.
The Sunshine Coast is your oyster and we can help with choice as the process unfolds.
Or you might prefer to have a relaxed vibe, sitting in a restaurant getting hitched across a table!
Or sailing along one of our many beautiful waterways.
Or you might have your heart set on marrying at home or in your accommodation.
Elopements are so easy to have anywhere, anytime your heart desires. Together we will make it happen.
Photography
Stunning photos by a highly experienced and talented photographer are an integral part of our packages, and there are 3 options to choose from, depending on your requirements and length of time wanted:
Signed and Sealed: 1 hour – 50 edited images: Ceremony and photo shoot in same location $800
Hitched: 90 minutes – 100 edited images: ceremony and same/close location $1200
All The Love in the World – 2 hours – 150 images: ceremony and same/ close locations $1700
All images will be delivered digitally in high resolution via an online gallery with direct download, print and share features.
Floral - Bouquet & Buttonhole
Flowers are such a beautiful addition to a ceremony, and our local florist specializes in seasonal blooms and natives
They have a commitment to practising sustainable floristry principles and you will have a choice of colour and style using in-season blooms, with each bouquet and buttonhole created by hand and with love, and delivered before your ceremony.
Your Bouquet and Buttonhole will be created from available seasonal blooms $250
Additional floral is quoted on request.
Grazing Platter/Champagne
We can’t forget about the after-party, so you have the option of a celebration picnic complete with a grazing platter and Chandon champagne to toast your happiness.
The Grazing Platter/Champagne ($150) is for 2 and includes:
- A selection of local cheese varieties
- Cured meats
- Breads
- Vegetable Sticks
- Seasonal Fruit
- Chocolate
- Gourmet crackers
- A selection of dips, olives and nuts.
Dietary Requirements can be catered for and the platter size increased for extra guests at an additional quoted cost.
Ceremony Styling
Each ceremony will have a Jute Rug denoting the space included as part of the ceremony cost.
An arbour, faux floral and up to 20 chairs are available at an additional cost of $250.
Additional seasonal fresh floral can be quoted by the florist on request.
Picnic Styling
PICNIC SETUP – eclectic, bohemian-style picnic setup, with a curated selection of boho tables, adorned with exquisite rugs, plush pillows, and captivating table decor.
Up to 6 people: DIY – $100 (Pickup / Setup / Packdown / Clean / Return)
With Shore Vibes Setup / Pack Down – $200
6 to 12 people: DIY – $170 (Pickup / Setup / Packdown / Clean / Return)
With Shore Vibes Setup / Pack Down – $270
