- Use of Services Our elopement planning services are intended for individuals who are over the age of 18 and are legally able to enter into contracts. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- Bookings and Payments To book an elopement package, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time of your ceremony. The remainder of the payment is due 30 days prior to your ceremony. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
- Cancellations and Refunds In the event that you need to cancel your elopement package, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule your ceremony for a later date. If you cancel within 30 days of your ceremony, no refund will be given.
- Changes to Bookings We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to change the date, time, or location of your elopement. We will do our best to accommodate these changes, but please note that changes are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
- Liability Sunshine Coast Elopers is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur during your elopement ceremony or as a result of your use of our services. We are also not responsible for any damages that may occur to your personal property during the ceremony.
- Privacy We take your privacy seriously and will never share your personal information with third parties unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
- Intellectual Property All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sunshine Coast Elopers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not use our content without our written permission.
- Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
